Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.
Orders with a total value over $100 may have higher shipping costs, as additional insurance is included to ensure your package is fully protected during transit.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or packages that are marked as delivered. If tracking shows “delivered” to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and we are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
A package is considered “lost” only if it is not marked as delivered and is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier. For shipments sent via United States Postal Service, this typically applies if the package has not arrived within 15 days of the mailing date.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will review the case and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund.
